Dear Classmates:

You, your spouse or significant other are invited to participate in the Class of 1958 Art Exhibition to celebrate our 50th Reunion in June 2008. The only requirement for eligibility is that the artist has had work exhibited before in a public space. The show will be hung in the front hall area of the beautiful new '62 Center for Theatre and Dance which is also the location of our Friday evening Cocktail and Dinner Reception. The exhibition will begin on Thursday, June 5 and will come down on Sunday, June 8. During that time all returning Williams alumni, their guestsand the local community will have the opportunity to gaze at the works. Wall hangings (paintings, photography, wall tapestries etc.) can be accommodated. Unfortunately no free standing sculptures can be safely displayed.

At this time, please let us know if you are interested in participating in this special exhibition by returning the enclosed form by January 3,2008. We will then follow up with you with all the details. Please note that if you decide to participate you must be able to do the following:

1. Your art work must be suitably framed and ready for hanging.

2. You must bring your art to the '62 Center for Theatre and Dance in Williamstown on Wednesday, June 4th between 5:00-7:00pm or on Thursday between 8:00-10:00am. (The 50th Reunion, unlike our past reunions, begins on a Wednesday).

3. You must pick up your art work on Sunday, June 8 by 1 :OOpm.

The maximum number of pieces each artist may exhibit will be determined by the quantitative response to this mailing. Thank you for your kind attention and for your positive response to this invitation. Please help us make the Class of '58's 50th Reunion Art Exhibition a huge success.
